nocowardsoulMark Twain, a pen name for Samuel Clemens, was the author of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, The Prince and the Pauper, and a number of other novels and short stories. Tom and Huck have been portrayed onscreen many times, including by Mickey Rooney, Elijah Wood, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, and everyone's favorite Jack Russell terrier.
